Tonal contrast is amazing! Also the use of bold leading lines. I would have loved to see a stronger main subject, perhaps someone at the door. But amazing shot! Please share your post processing secrets if thats not a problem.

One gets the impression here that these patient carts are waiting for the door to open in order to make their entry. I love the cast of grey black covering the blue background. The doorway stands out as it's focal point with a tiny visitor sneaking in just under the opening in that touch of red, adding a little spark. Truly this is a fabulous composition.
