@Twelvebit: I don't know who's buying them there is a lot of renting going on. Now we got 40 year mortgages, so if you start in your thirties you could be paying a mortgage into your seventies, its mind boggling. They keep saying that it won't happen here the collapse of the real estate market ,well see.

@Observing: In the major cities land is running out, ( then they go to condos) but they tend to squeeze as many houses as possible onto the parcel of land.
